7-Day No-Questions-Asked Exchange Policy
At IVARA, we understand that preferences may change. That's why we offer a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Exchange Policy for a hassle-free shopping experience.
Eligibility & Terms:
- Customers may exchange their jewellery within 7 days of purchase, provided they submit the following:
- Original invoice as proof of purchase
- Warranty card issued at the time of purchase
- Jewellery certification (if applicable)
- Original packaging in an undamaged condition
- Every exchanged piece undergoes a strict quality check to ensure it meets our standards.
- Jewellery exhibiting signs of wear and tear, alterations, resizing by non-IVARA jewellers, or any damage will not be eligible for exchange.
- 100% exchange value will be provided during the 7-day period, with no deductions on making charges or GST.
- The new jewellery chosen for exchange must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
Lifetime Exchange Policy
We take pride in offering you an exclusive Lifetime Exchange Policy, ensuring that your IVARA jewellery retains its timeless value.
Exchange Value Calculation (KEV - IVARA Exchange Value)
- Gold Value:100% of the prevailing market price
- Diamond Value:100% of the prevailing diamond rate
- Gemstone Value:90% of the prevailing gemstone rate
- If a discount was applied during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted when calculating KEV.
Important Terms & Conditions:
- Jewellery submitted for exchange must be in its original condition, accompanied by:
- A valid invoice
- The original jewellery certificate
- The warranty card
- Any modifications, resizing, weight alterations, or loss of diamonds/gemstones will render the jewellery ineligible for exchange.
- KEV is exclusive of making charges and taxes.
- Once accepted for exchange, customers can select a new IVARA jewellery piece of equal or greater value.
- No cash refunds will be provided under this policy. If the selected jewellery exceeds the KEV, the difference must be paid by the customer.
- The entire process, including quality checks and approvals, will be completed within 21 working days
- This policy is applicable only to Indian consumers.
Lifetime Buyback Policy
At IVARA, we stand by the value of our jewellery. Our Lifetime Buyback Policy allows you to sell back your IVARA jewellery at any time.
Buyback Value Calculation (KBV - IVARA Buyback Value)
- Gold Value:100% of the prevailing market price
- Diamond Value:85% of the prevailing diamond rate
- Gemstone Value:70% of the prevailing gemstone rate
- If a discount was applied during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted when calculating KBV.
Terms & Conditions:
- Customers can return their IVARA jewellery at any company showroom, franchise outlet, or authorised IVARA retailer.
- Jewellery must be in its original condition and accompanied by:
- Original invoice as proof of purchase
- Jewellery certification (if applicable)
- Warranty card issued at the time of purchase
- Government-issued photo ID for verification
- Any alterations, resizing, weight modifications, or missing diamonds/gemstones will make the jewellery ineligible for buyback.
- KBV is exclusive of making charges and taxes.
- The entire process, including quality inspections and payment processing, will be completed within 21 working days
- Buyback payments will be made only via bank transfer. No cash or cheque transactions will be permitted.
- This policy applies exclusively to Indian consumers.
